Processing Time

For custom orders, proof of design will be provided before orders are processed. The production process will begin immediately after payment is received.

Small Orders: 2-3 Days
Medium Orders: 2-5 Days
Large Orders: 3-10 Days

**Actual times may vary depending on order volume.** For orders that are needs a quicker turnaround time, there will be a $15 rush order fee.



Refunds & Returns

Ragin's Fashions offers refunds, returns, and exchanges only upon approval. ALL requests must be submitted through contact us. Please provide the order number, the reason for your request, and also a photo/documentation (if required). Review the details below before submitting your requests.

(Apparel, Prints, Glasses, Banners, etc.)
Custom products are 100% refundable ONLY if an error was made by an employee
of Ragin's Fashions or if the order has not been produced. A photo must be
submitted for proof of error. Any orders that are cancelled after orders are
completed will receive a 40% refund or store credit.
For non-custom products, requests must be made within 14 days from date of
shipping. Items must be unworn and sent back in its original condition. Refunds will begin immediately when products has been returned to our company.
Refund, return, and exchange requests must be made within 20 days. Products must
be sent back in its original condition.
ALL jewelry sales are final. Any orders that are cancelled after the item is produced will
receive a 35% refund or store credit. If spelling was made in error by an
employee of Ragin's Fashions, the product will be reproduced at no additional
charge. Product must be returned to receive exchange.




Shipping costs will be determined by customer's delivery options (next day, 2 day, etc) and shipping company (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Most orders are either shipped through USPS First Class or USPS Priority. There will be a tracking number provided for all orders.
